This is the official card for Hell In A Cell, a Smackdown exclusive pay per view. It will be held in Detroit on Sunday, October 8, 2017. Coverage begins at 7:00 PM Eastern Time and offically begins at 8:00 PM. Here are the matches:

Women’s Championship — Natalya (c) vs. Charlotte Flair

Tag Team Championship — The New Day (c) vs. The Usos (Hell in a Cell)

United States Championship — AJ Styles (c) vs. Baron Corbin

WWE Championship — Jinder Mahal (c) vs. Shinsuke Nakamura

WCW icons, Raven and Buff Bagwell have recently amended a royalties lawsuit against the WWE. The suit that alleges that both weren’t paid for their work from WCW, ECW, and WWE appearing on WWE Network. The suit also alleges multiple breaches of contract, including failure to pay direct sales royalties, failure to pay within a 90 day window of each financial quarter. Buff Bagwell’s claim includes a clause which allows him to have an independent accountant audit records from WWE and WCW. Raven claims that he’s owed royalties from his footage from ECW, WCW, and WWE that’s featured on WWE Network and from cassette and disc media.

Enzo Amore continues to draw the ire from fellow wrestlers. He recently was involved in a Twitter feud with Corey Graves, who remarked that he felt that he failed as a father when son imitated Enzo’s dancing while playing in a baseball game. Enzo responded that he only failed as a wrestler. Corey’s brother, Sam Adonis took to Twitter and suggested returning to WWE to kick Enzo’s teeth in. Corey was forced into medical retirement due to concussions. Sam wrestled in WWE in FCW (WWE’s development circuit) in 2011 as Buddy Stretcher. He was released after two matches after suffering a major knee injury. Sam has since overcame the injury and has had a successful career ever since. He currently wrestles in Mexico’s CMLL wrestling promotion. Enzo is also rumored as of late considering becoming a rapper.

The Undertaker has been confirmed to be making a WWE appearance in December. The Phenom will be appearing at Ace Comic Con in New York. That will be after a scheduled appearance at Wizard World in Oklahoma.

According to Dave Meltzer of Wrestling Observer Newsletter, AJ Styles’ absence from Smackdown in recent times is an attempt by WWE to try and establish a base for the flagging 205 Live. The Phenomenal One has been wrestling in dark matches to keep more fans around in order to salvage attendance and ratings for the Cruiserweight division.

WWE Hall of Famer, Lita, revealed that there’s been talks of the WWE reintroducing a female tag team division. A report from Ringside News stated that she brought it up during a Q&A session in Paris, France. The WWE did have a female tag team division in 1983 and it lasted up until being deactivated in 1989 with only five title reigns. The idea would likely be greeted well and could be a good forum for ladies who are not engaged in major feuds.

The long rumored and awaited Shield reunion looks to possibly happen at last as early as the next episode of Monday Night Raw but it looks like the stable is slated to be wrestle Sheamus, Cesaro, and The Miz at TLC later this month.

Micki James will be inducted into the Native American Music Awards Hall of Fame during the 17th Annual Native American Music Awards (NAMA) ceremony on Saturday, October 14th at the Seneca Niagara Resort & Casino in Niagara Falls, New York. Micki is part Powhatan Indian and released her latest single “Get Down” last month, which is hot on the charts. Her single “Shooting Blanks” has been by NAMA for Song of The Year.

Shane McMahon is currently embroiled in a lawsuit to recoup his investment in a marijuana company. He invested $500,000 in EnviroGrow, which is based in his home state of Connecticut in 2015. Shane filed suit after visiting the company’s manufacturing facility in Denver, Colorado and “found it virtually nonexistent”. Both sides are keeping details confidential so far.

It was announced at this week’s taping of NXT, that WWE is planning on bringing back War Games on November 18, 2017. Dave Meltzer noted on Wrestling Observer Radio that the decision was a late one. Fans have been asking for War Games for sometime and WWE listened. It will be the first such match since an episode of WCW Monday Nitro back in 2000. The concept was invented by The American Dream, Dusty Rhodes, as specialty match for the Four Horseman in NWA back in 1987.
